All products sold on Soulqora are digital goods (ebooks in PDF format) delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the files are accessible immediately and cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law in your country of residence.

If you experience a technical issue — a broken download link, a corrupted file, or you were charged but never received access — contact us and we'll resolve it or issue a replacement at no cost.

Delivery
